Week 1: Lift Yourself Up off Your Feet

Lift Yourself is a program that aims to help overweight or obese Australians lose weight and live more actively. This is a 6 week program in which each week will focus on a different aspect of fitness.

Week 1 is called ‘Lift Yourself up off your feet’. This introductory week focuses on creating short term goals that can be completed within 6 weeks. It is important to understand why you want to lose weight for continued motivation. Once this has been decided, it is integral to be part of the ‘Lift Yourself’ community as there will always be someone to help or motivate you.

It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. We are excited to see your progress and aid you throughout the start of your fitness journey.
