Food is Fuel
In order to lose weight, an individuals must be eating the right foods and the right amounts of foods. Each week Lift Yourself provides a healthy and enjoyable recipe. This weeks recipe was Yogurt Parfait.
Looking Ahead
Healthy eating is just one part of losing weight. Week 3-6 of the Lift Yourself campaign will continue to highlight different ways to lose weight.
