Week 3 Aim:
Week 3 of the Lift Yourself campaign focuses on movement and the many forms it comes in. Movement and exercise are necessary to effectively lose weight.
Keep Moving Forward
There are so many different ways to exercise. Some ways include walking, running, skipping and jumping. Workouts can even include cleaning and walking through the house. Any type of exercise is useful.
Continuous Movement
This week’s workout plan is meant to be completed 4-5 times a week. The workout of the week is leg swings.
